Testing...?

Well...I feel like a fish out of water.
Blogging seems to be all the rage these days and I had been toying with the idea the last couple of weeks but didn't really feel brave enough (I still don't). But the last straw to my questioning whether to go for it or not was a 'Thank You' card I got in the mail from my cousin who got married a couple months ago. She closed the card with her signature and a "PS-Do you have a blog?"
At that moment I thought, 'maybe this is why I should do this...so family I haven't seen in forever can still see what's up with me and mine'...only if they want to, of course. :) I didn't get to go to her wedding and the last time I saw her was before she went on a mission for our church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. So, maybe this will seal a gap of lost time with loved one's quite a distance from me and me from them...
So...here's to a new beginning. Man, I hope I can keep up with this adventure!

What fun! I want to play....I'm a mom too and have two very beautiful daughters, ages 34 and 30 which have blessed me with 7 and 1/2 gorgeous grandchildren. I have a very handsome, hard working husband and we live in sunny, out of control California. I love a good movie, good book and good music. My favorite thing in the world is being with my family and it is the hardest thing in the world to achieve. (Money and distance you know?)

Believe me...if I could do something to smooth that 'chink in the system' to come visit, I would definitely do it! I miss you!

I do agree with the whole handsome, hard working husband thing! You sure got lucky catching THAT hotty! :) And what I wouldn't give to watch that good movie, share that good book, and listen to that good music with you right now!

I love you, momma!

Glad all (some) of my e-mail made sense! Your blog looks cute!!! And I think on the Lu Lu backgrounds, you can contact the designer to get permission to promote your etsy site on here. Anyway, I'm excited to read your updates! And you can add my blog to your list http://feels-likehome-to-me.blogspot.com

I've been missing you lately. I was in Boise a few weeks ago and thought about driving to see you. Now, I can keep up with you and your sweet family all the time. I'm so happy.

I love you!

P.S. The comments between you and your mom made me cry. MILES stink!!! (And I miss you too Peggy!)

One more thing....Does Tasha have a blog? I'd love to see her family.

I've heard about "Blog" this and "Blog" that...now I know what it is. It's what I call a WEB spot/sight or of some sort. Jill, it's hard to believe that your so puter literate! It took me 20 minutes just to try and get in after Mom did it. I love those little pictures of my wonderful grand-babies (that are growing up outside of my realm).

I love you so much and miss you even more! Give those kids a squeeze and kiss for me will you!
Love,
POPS

Oh, Jill, I was delighted to discover you made a comment on Lisa's blog!! I did't know your little family had grown by one!! How I miss all of you wonderful girls! The next time I go to see Kim in California I must call your Mom and Dad! I miss them lots! The next time you are in town or driving through my house would be a great pit stop! We've moved (built a new house two years ago) so give me a call! Love you! Pam
